Features

  • Big diameter pre-loaded ball screw prohibits heat extension. Coupling of servo motor and ball screw conserves machine rigidity.
  • Coolant through spindle eases deep hole drilling process and chip flow.
  • High transmission spindle motor power timing belt reduces the motor thermal conductivity to the spindle to prevent the expansion of the spindle.
  • The stud pull force is 1000kg. The stud release force is only 250kg. This design could lengthen the lifespan of the spindle bearing.
  • Spindle Bearing Protection uses maze type mechanical seal and air-blow to prohibit coolant entry.
